Debbie Troxell, RN, MSNH, BA, Parish Nurse, Director Debbie Troxell, RN, MSNH, Director of Lifestyle Designs, LLC, has been licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia for over 15 years. She earned a Master of Science in Natural Health degree and began an integrative practice in which she educates and guides clients along a path of making healthy lifestyle choices and promoting optimal wellness. Recognizing each person’s uniqueness, our body’s amazing capacity to heal itself when given what it needs, and empowering the individual to take responsibility for her/his own health, Debbie also incorporates her BA in Psychology and Parish Nurse training to provide a holistic, compassionate, and effective approach to promoting wellness for her clients.
